W-8 & W-9 Forms

For our enterprise customers based in the United States, we understand that tax compliance is a critical requirement.
W-9 Form (Not Applicable)
Many U.S. organizations typically request a W-9 form for taxation purposes. However, as Click Studios is based in and operates out of Australia, we are not eligible to provide a W-9 form, which is exclusively for U.S. entities.
W-8BEN-E Form (Required)
Instead, to comply with IRS regulations, your organization will need to use the W-8BEN-E form when engaging with Click Studios. This form certifies our foreign entity status and ensures proper withholding tax treatment for international transactions.
