Passwordstate licensing can either be based on Named User Accounts, or Unlimited User Accounts with the Enterprise or Global License.

Named Users
Named Users allows for one Production installation, and a specific number of Named Users who can log into Passwordstate and use the software.

Enterprise License
Enterprise License allows for one Production installation, with an unlimited number of users.

Global License
Global License allows for an unlimited number of Production installations, and an unlimited number of users.

If also purchasing the High Availability license, the Global License also allows for unlimited number of installations of this as well.

(Note: The Global License is only allowed to be used within same company structure - no subsidiaries, or partner companies, or separate government departments)

Click Studios' offers an optional High Availability module for Passwordstate, which can be configured in either active/passive or active/active configuration, depending on infrastructure available to you.

With the High Availability module, you are allowed to have a second production install or Passwordstate, for disaster recovery purposes - giving you uninterrupted access to your important passwords credentials during a disaster.

Annual Support and Upgrade Protection entitles you to all minor and major releases of Passwordstate, and Unlimited live technical support via phone, e-mail or remote desktop sessions.

Note: If you have existing licenses with Annual Support and Upgrade Protection, and you are now wanting to order additional licenses, you must purchase the Annual Support for these licenses as well as we're unable to mix and match license sets. We will co-terminate your license dates accordingly.

The Password Reset Portal is a Self-Service Portal for your users to unlock, or reset the password for their Active Directory Domain account, in the event they are no longer able to authenticate. The portal can be accessed via Mobile Phones and Desktops.

When purchasing licenses for the Password Reset Portal, you need one license per user who needs to use the portal. There is also the option of 'Unlimited Users', and you would purchase this if you have a requirement for 10,000+ users.

The Remote Site Locations module for Passwordstate is designed for firewalled environments, where Account Discoveries, Account Heartbeats and Password Resets, can be performed where only one port is required to be open. Primarily it is designed for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) but can be used on internal infrastructure as well if required.

When purchasing licenses for the Remote Site Locations module, you need one license per deployed Site Agent. There is also the option of 'Unlimited Sites', and you would purchase this if you have a requirement for 30+ sites.
