Alan Zangana Posted May 3, 2019 Share Posted May 3, 2019 Our users log in with their AD credentials when they access our Citrix (xendesktop) on our network but when they log in externally they get a OTP as well to their work phone. support Posted May 3, 2019 Share Posted May 3, 2019 Hi Alan, Thanks for your enquiry and yes this is possible. Navigate to the screen Administration -> System Settings -> Allowed IP Ranges tab, specify your "trusted" internal IP ranges, and then select an alternative authentication option is accessed from and IP Address which is not trusted.
