support Posted March 12, 2019 Share Posted March 12, 2019 Hi James, Are you referring to our Remote Session Launcher(s)? if so, then you would need to specify the IP Address of the host on the Host record itself, instead of the Host Name. There are other options there as well for a Title field, if you want something other than the IP Address showing in the Hosts Navigation Tree. We hope this helps.
