support Posted January 22, 2019 Share Posted January 22, 2019 If you are unable to work out why your Client Based Remote Session Launcher will not initiate a session, please enable debugging and send the output to support@clickstudios.com.au and ask our staff to review the log. We will do our best to get this working correctly for you. On your desktop where you installed the Remote Session Launcher, open the C:\Program Files (x86)\Passwordstate Remote Session Launcher\PSLauncher.ps1 file with notepad Edit the following line to say $true Launch the remote Session Launcher again, which will generate your error Send the C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\PSLauncher.log file to Click Studios for review Regards Support.
