support Posted July 19, 2018 Share Posted July 19, 2018 Hello Callum, Can you tell me where you are exporting this from? Is it from the Password List itself, or from the Administration area? If it's from the Password List itself, then I suspect someone has unticked the 'Password Export' option for some records - can you have a look at this on each record on the 'Security' tab?
