When I tried the first time, it said it could not download the ZIP and asked me to do it manually and place it in the /upgrades folder, so I did. Tried with different local administrator accounts, domain admin accounts, also added these users to the "Log on as batch job" policy, gave these users full permissions on the whole Passwordstate folder... but no luck. support Posted July 11, 2018 Share Posted July 11, 2018 Hi dbcrvl, Do you have your Passwordstate Service running as a specific user, instead of Local System? support Posted July 11, 2018 Share Posted July 11, 2018 Also, do you have any Antivirus software installed on your web server? It's very strange to get these errors in the middle of an upgrade, and I'm wandering if AV software could be killing/clearing some session variables in the middle of the process. We do not have any AntiVirus software installed on the server and the PasswordState service is running as "Local System". Will try the manual upgrade.
