simpletireman 10 Posted September 22, 2017 Report Share Posted September 22, 2017 After upgrading to version 8.0 (build 8037) from version 7.8 (build 7883), our users that utilize Duo for two-factor authentication receive the message "the given key was not present in the dictionary." It's happening because you have a hardware token assigned to your account in the Duo Portal. We'll post back here when an update is available to resolve this issue.
