Single Sign-on broken after move to new server

Recommended Posts

Hi Jason,

Sorry you're having some issues. Can you provide a little more detail about what's broken? Are you getting a browser prompt, or a Passwordstate login screen?

If it's a Passwordstate login screen, then you need to disable Anonymous Authentication for the site in IIS, and then select the 'Passthrough Authentication' option on the System Settings -> Authentication Options tab.

If it's a browser prompt, then the following article should help - https://www.clickstudios.com.au/community/index.php?/topic/1305-passwordstate-prompts-for-authentication/

Hopefully one of these suggestions will help, but please let us know if they don't.

Regards
