How do I stop users from creating Password Lists and Folders in the root of Passwords Home?

Purpose:
You would like to deny some of your users the ability to create Password Lists and Folders in the root of Passwords Home, to keep your Navigation Tree tidier and easier to manage.

 

How Do I Do This?

Password Lists:  Administration -> System Settings -> Password List Options, use the Set Permissions button:
