Email Tip #1: CC in a generic mailbox when permissions are changed on Password Lists

Purpose:

This tip will show you where to set up a generic mailbox to be CC'd of any permission changes on Password Lists.

 

How do I Do This?

• Click Administration -> Email Templates -> drill into Access to Password List Changed

 

 

• Enter the generic mailbox address into Also Send Emails To field and click Save

 

 

Things to Note:

• The email template must be enabled (Enable or Disable using the Action menu on the Password List Template)
• The generic mailbox email address is now populated to indicate it is included in this template
• This tip also applies to any other Email Template.  You can CC a second mailbox an any template you choose
