Adrian
Hi, Just started using the software and I have my first issue. Since I am using my home lab, I have deployed the Primary Server and the AppServer on the same machine to test the mobile app. In the Authorized Web Servers section I have added the AppServer NetBios name which off course, is the same as the Primary Server. The thing is that nothing happens, the Pooling Health circle stays red all the time. How can I make this work? Thanks, Adrian
support
Hi Adrian, Can you tell us what build of Passwordstate you are using, and if you browse to your App Server URL, do you see the expected 404 Page not Found page. If you do not see that page, please ensure you follow section '5.2' in the following installation guide - https://www.clickstudios.com.au/downloads/version9/Passwordstate_App_Server_Install_And_Administration_Guide.pdf Regards Click Studios
Adrian
I have followed that guide and attached is the result I get by browsing the IIS virtual directory. The version I use is 9.1 (b9100). Just downloaded last week.
support
Hi Adrian, In the following document, can you please try doing a manual upgrade of the App Server, by following section '7 Passwordstate App Server Upgrade Instructions' - https://www.clickstudios.com.au/downloads/version9/Upgrade_Instructions.pdf After doing this, please wait about 15 minutes, and see if the App Server polls back in on the Authorised Web Servers screen. If it doesn't, we may need to communicate via email so we can troubleshoot further. Regards Click Studios
Adrian
Good, it is working now, the Pooling Health is green now and I can see the Install Path also. Looks like the update did the job. Thanks for you help, much appreciated.
