I am in the same boat here. It is stuck importing data from the 4.5 database. Any other ideas?Also, during the installation it did not accept by existing 50 user 4.5 license. I had to use the free 5 user license to continue the install. Could there be a problem there? Maybe it is hanging on creating users because of license restrictions?

Rename users

Is is possible to rename users? I have a user who was renamed in Active Directory. The AD sync disabled the original account and created a new one with the new name. Now the person does not have access to the personal passwords from before.
