  1. Took a look through the troubleshooting section and there wasn't anything there that I haven't had a try at already. I will contact the Support group to arrange a Remote Session to see if we can resolve the issue that way.
  2. The link is pointing to a 404 error. Is there another link I can use?
  3. Just another comment. I tried running the powershell script on it's own line by line to see where a failure is and I did this: $UserID = "Me" $result = Invoke-Restmethod -Method Post -Uri 'https://passwordstate/api/RemoteSessionLauncher' -Header @{ "UserID" = $UserID } -ContentType "application/json" $result APIKey ------ I also tried $UserID = "Domain\Me" as well and it still yielded the same result.
  4. I just updated Chrome to 57.0.2987.98 (64-bit) and it didn't make a different. Firefox 52.0 (32-bit) also shows the same problems on my system as well. All of my work is being done on a Windows 10 Professional system fully patched as of this morning.
  5. When I try to register the external applications to work with my version of Chrome, 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit), I just get a blank screen before I get the dialog box "External Protocol Request". I can see that there are registry entries in my system for the psrdp and inside Chrome's "Local State" file I also have "psrdp":false. It seems that there is just the one part missing but I can't see how to fix it. Any insight would be great!
