  1. Backup 2 Factor Authentication Method

OK, so just to be clear, Passwordstate only allows Push notifications to a mobile device through Duo. There is no other way to gain access if you dont have a mobile device setup in Duo ?
  2. Backup 2 Factor Authentication Method

Hi Guys, Has there been any further progress on this ? We have just enabled DUO in Passwordstate and it works great for all users with a mobile phone assigned to their DUO account. But for the users that just have a landline set it doesnt. When they try to send a push they get the following ... Server Error in '/' Application. Duo API Error 40002: 'Invalid request parameters' ('no capable device') Stack Trace: [ApiException: Duo API Error 40002: 'Invalid request parameters' ('no capable device')] Duo.DuoApi.JSONApiCall(String method, String path, Dictionary`2 parameters, Int32 timeout, DateTime date) +699 Duo.DuoApi.JSONApiCall(String method, String path, Dictionary`2 parameters) +109 logins_duo.SendDuoPush() +1894 System.Web.UI.WebControls.LinkButton.OnClick(EventArgs e) +143 System.Web.UI.WebControls.LinkButton.RaisePostBackEvent(String eventArgument) +148 System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint) +6016 Again these same users can authenticate with Duo on other systems with just their desk phones but not with passwordstate. Thanks for any help you can give. ALan
  3. Hi, Yes i have configured it with the 3 DUO keys. I have also been onto DUO and they say it looks to them like there is something wrong with the way passwordstate are handling the DUO API.

  6. Hey Guys, Just tried to login to passwordstate and got the following error ..... "It appears the web server of host name 'WEBSERVER' has not been successfully registered in Passwordstate as an 'Authorized Web Server'." No updates have been done on the server at all since we upgraded a couple of weeks ago. This also happened a couple of days after the update but i just put it down to a bug but now it has happened again. Can you advise pls ? As its a pain having to change the emergency password everytime we use it. Thanks Alan
  7. Dragging Folders/Lists

Hi Guys, There still seems to be an issue with dragging and dropping folders, it now sort of works as in the windows now scrolls a small bit, but if i select a folder at the bottom of a tree to drag, it seems to expand all trees and brings me into the middle of the scroll window, from there it only scrolls the window a small about and not fully to the bottom or top. Hope this makes sense. THanks again ALan

  11. Dragging Folders/Lists

In relation to this can you tell me what access users need to be able to drag and drop lists and folders ? I am able to do it but none of the users are, even though on the folders i have set "Prevent Non-Admin users from Dragging and Dropping" to NO and on the Lists "Prevent Non-Admin users from Dragging and Dropping" it is un-checked. The users are set up with modify access on the folders but i have also tried admin and it is the same. Im sure its something simple i am missing. THanks

  13. Dragging Folders/Lists

Hey Guys, Im trying to drag sub folders or password lists into different folders in the tree and i can only drag up or down the length of the actual screen. The Password folder tree has about 300 folders and then about 400 lists when fully expanded and even though there are scroll bars on the side the windows doesnt scroll when i try to drag something. I can drag and drop within the screen size but if i need to scroll to anything outside above or below what is displayed then the drag just cancels and drops the item im dragging. Can this be fixed or do you know how to fix this ? Hope this makes sense. THanks Alan
