  1. Hi support, Majority of our password lists are 3 levels deep (ie. under 2 folders), maximum 4 levels. Will look into upgrading to version 7. Thanks Dennis
  2. Hi support, The SQL statement return 0 rows affected. Please advice next steps. Cheers Dennis
  3. Hi support, We have been experiencing an issue for a while since the update to build 6350. Whenever we try to create a new shared password list under a container (folder or another password list) the attached error will appear after a couple of minutes. Adding a new password list to the root node works as expected. The same error occurs when changing the permission on the password list. Despite the error, the changes requested were applied. Cheers Dennis
  4. Automatic backup fails

From the eventlog, apart from the normal restart that comes with restarting the passwordstate service (I've created a scheduled task to restart the passwordstate service 2 minutes prior to the automated backup), the following events are logged. Please note backup is scheduled to run at 3am. Log Name: Application Source: Passwordstate Service Date: 25/08/2014 3:00:54 AM Event ID: 0 Task Category: None Level: Error Keywords: Classic User: N/A Description: The following error has occurred when performing a backup in Passwordstate - The specified network name is no longer available. I will change it backup to every 24 hours next and see what happens. Thanks Dennis
  5. Automatic backup fails

Nightly scheduled backup stopped working 4 days ago. I've checked the permission of the service account as well as the local group policy setting "logon as batch job" and other suggestion from this forum. Backup seems to have started and created a zip file 5k in size (no database backup file) before it failed. Manual backup works fine and schedule backup works as well straight after a manual backup. My passwordstate build number is 6332. Thanks Dennis
