  1. Save Grid Layout for all lists

Thank you for the quick reply, and answer.
  2. Hello, Is it possible to save the grid layout for all password lists? Like after you organize the columns then click "Save Grid Layout", so that every list you went to afterward would have columns in the same order. We use the same template for over 30 password lists (multiple customers) and would like to have the columns be ordered differently. Thanks, Jesse
  3. Backup time

Restarting the Passwordstate service as suggested fixed it. Thank you!

Thank you for the reply. I've restarted the service and I'll let you know if that does the trick.

Thank you for the reply! I'm sorry I wasn't more specific about the screen options, I didn't think about the multiple tabs being applied differently. For the user policy settings, if I set those then users aren't able to set them individually, which was already addressed so I'll skip that part. I didn't realize the other settings populated across all lists, I thought it was doing that because I was selecting all and applying. So I guess what I'm really looking for is a way to do the "show all, select all" part of the screen options as a standard, so I don't have to do it for each list that is added. Thank you for the tip on the email thing, that's exactly what I was looking for. Sorry I didn't look hard enough before.
  6. Backup time

Hello, I was having problems with automatic backups, which I had running at midnight. To test during the day I changed the time to mid day. After the issue was resolved I changed the time back to midnight, but they are still running during mid day. I've changed the schedule a couple times now, trying to get it to work, and it still runs at the mid day time I set a week ago. Any suggestions? Thanks, Jesse

We are loving Password state. It really is a great product, and way better than any of the other password solutions I tested. Here are a few things I think would improve overall experience for admins and users. I understand that some of these ideas might be our implementation just not functioning as intended. After testing an import, prompt to do the real import. A way to set the "Screen Options" for every list, including columns. A way to set the "Screen Options" as user policy. Allowing the user policy drop downs an option that sets the default for their preferences, but allows users to change it if they want. Allowing password list permissions to be linked to a template. Make folder permissions remove as permissions change for nested lists. Currently it seems if you remove permissions from lists the users can still see the folder, just not the lists. Link to the forum in the help menu. A way to see what emails have been sent, and to who. Thanks, Jesse
