  1. Hi C.S., There is likely a way to do this but it's unclear in the documentation. Is it possible to send alerts to a generic email address/email list? We need to send notifications to a non-user email that has no actual access to the actual system (in this case a ticket manager) to justify why someone looked at a certain password for instance.

    Currently passwords can be reset in AD easily (and it's awesome!) but we have a couple of Linux boxes that for various reasons have local userids. Would it be possible to have a process wherein the passwords are able to be reset by an SSH 'passwd' process remotely? This is possible to create via the API, but rather the integration.
