I checked the first part and I have Shared password lists enabled for Password resets so that sounds ok right? For the second one when I click on "set permissions" I see that already everyone has access to do password reset? (Please see the image attached).

Hi there, I did the manual upgrade but did not get any prompt to upgrade the database after I logged in to Passwordstate. Could this be because I already did this when I did the in place upgrade to version 9073? Please let me know. Thanks, //Lennart

Ive read it now and Im planning to perform this upgrade today after business hours but Im still having a problem with the specifications of the account that I have to have configured for the backups to run. From what I understand I have to have a setting called "Enable Password Resets" which I found in my passwordlist but its greyed out... Can you please help with this? Thanks, //Lennart

And now when checking the Passwordlist that contains the account that Im planning to use I found out that the "Enable Password Resets" options is greyed out (please reference to the image attached). Please help. Thanks, //Lennart

Hi there, I just noticed that Im unable to map a domain account that I need in order for the backups to work. Please refer to the image Ive attached. I have to perform a manual upgrade on Passwordstate today after business hours so if you could point me out what Im missing here that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, //Lennart

Hi there, Right now I got a user that is blocked from accessing Passwordstate and Im unable to find any options to unlock it (Im a Security Administrator). Please provide information about this, the sooner the better as I suspect this will happen with more frequency in the coming future. Thanks. //Lennart

Hi there! I want to understand how how email notifications work in Passwordstate, e.g. I want to send an outage notification to a specific set of users in the organization. Where do I configure this? Where do I see/know/configure the specific recipient group that I want to send my notification to? I have been given the role of power user for this application but the more I navigate trough Passwordstate the more complex I find it to do simple stuff. Can someone please help me and provide me some info or point me into the right direction.
