  1. Hello all, did that solution work? I think this might be a common issue.
  2. One more information. I tried to set the option "Force the use of an SSL Certificate (HTTPS)" to No and with this setting it is working. But of course I like to use HTTPS. What should I configure? One more question regarding this. I am using an admin AD account to administrate passwordstate (imported from AD). This admin user has no email configured in the AD user object. So I entered the email address in passwordstate. Now the email address is gone the next day. Is there a sync job running every day? Could that be stopped or configured not to delete the mail address? For seve
  3. Hello Clickstudios, I have a new passwordstate installation to test the product. I tried to create a report, but with every report I get the attached error in the Report Console. The Base URL looks correct to me (see screenshot). How can this be resolved? FYI: I installed an internal Certificate for the webserver.
  4. Hi, for any reason it is working now The user has MFA enabled. Is there any way to force the user to enter a MFA token at the first start of the browser extension, e.g. after reboot by clicking the icon?
  5. Hello, the settings are the same like in the screenshot. I also tested the Help/Web API Documentation link and clicked Standard API Documentation, which works fine. On the other hand, I always get error messages when I try to create a report. The Error Console shows "Please ask your Passwordstate Security Administrator to check if the 'Base URL' field is correct on the screen Administratiom -> System Settings -> Miscellaneous tab. Error Code = The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden The Base URL shows the server address with http, like http://server01.
  6. Hello, I am just testing Passwordstate to see if that might be our new password management tool. I installed the Chrome Browser extension and the icon changes from red to black once I logged in to Passwordstate. After reboot I have the same red icon and need to login to passwordstate again. Is that the expected behaviour of the tool or should it just ask for pwd or so??
