  1. Could it be the issue with High Availability? We have two servers in HA mode. Both are Active servers: c:\inetpub\Passwordstate\web.config <add key="PassiveNode" value="Active" />
  2. Build number is in the first post: 8549 User has received e-mail like that: Hi, You've been sent a Self Destruct Message from Passwordstate, and you can view the detail of the message by clicking the URL below. URL: https://ourdomain.local/selfdestruct/?id=6827323251944746925d0e21a5a9e90c This message will expire 3 days from the time of this email being sent. Passwordstate 8.5 - Secure Password Management. https://ourdomain.local After click on the link: Self Destruct Message Not Found It appears the Self Destruct Message you are trying to view no longer exists. If you still need to view this message, please contact the author of the message and ask them to resend it.
  3. Thanks for your response. Base URL in Miscellaneous section is correct.
  4. Hi there, today I was upgraded our password state instance from 8491 to 8549 and observe the issue with self destruct messages. When user sends SDM and another person receive e-mail, after clicking the link there is error messase showed: "Self Destruct Message Not Found It appears the Self Destruct Message you are trying to view no longer exists. If you still need to view this message, please contact the author of the message and ask them to resend it." ...but if I open https://mydomain/selfdestruct and pase Message ID the password is displayed correctly. Could you help with that? I've found only https://www.clickstudios.com.au/community/index.php?/topic/2516-self-destruct-function-error-in-windows-event-log/ but in our case selfdestruct just is an IIS app.
