  1. Hi Craig, The different modules are designed to be different, as the Portal and Self Destruct are designed to be mobile friendly, whereas the main UI is not. With the Logo in the main UI, are you able to resize to the dimensions you like? Regards Click Studios
  2. Mordecai, The Matrix in the upgrade document is when there is a mandatory upgrade required for various modules i.e. a dependency change between modules and the core product. Regards Click Studios
  3. Hi Andy, If you are using our Remote Site Locations module (https://www.clickstudios.com.au/remotesitelocations/default.aspx) you can deploy our Browser Based Gateway into different networks, and access the machines from your internal network. From your internal network , you need access to the IP Address and Port you have the Gateway configured on, but no other ports need to be open. You don't even need functioning DNS from your internal network for this to work, as the name resolution happens at the gateway end. I hope this helps. Regards Click Studios
  4. Hello, Sorry you've run into this issue, and we actually fixed it yesterday with release 8968. Can you please follow section 7 in the following document to fix this - https://www.clickstudios.com.au/downloads/version8/Upgrade_Instructions.pdf Regards Click Studios
  5. Hi JSmith, Just letting you know we've released build 8968 today, which includes a fix for the Description field you reported above. Thanks again for reporting it. Regards Mark

  7. Hi Guys, Hopefully I have not misunderstood what U2F is, with respects to Yubikey. Can you please have a look at the following: https://www.clickstudios.com.au/downloads/version8/Passwordstate_Security_Administrators_Manual.pdf - Page 116 and 117 https://www.clickstudios.com.au/downloads/version8/Passwordstate_User_Manual.pdf Page 147, 148 and 149. By using the Yubikey OTP option, we can authenticate with a click on the button as you've mentioned La+zy - it autofills the OTP on the screen. Regards Click Studios
  8. Hi Jupman, Sorry if the videos did not answer your question. With my suggestion of the CSV template, and the videos, I thought this would have been enough information for you. Can you tell me if you looked at my suggestion for generating the empty CSV template file? Each Password List can have different fields associated with it, and as you did not stipulate exactly what type of data you needed to store, I could not be specific for you unfortunately. Another couple of options for you to import data in bulk is: Account Discovery Jobs, found under the Tools m
  9. Hi La+zy, Yes, our Yubikey implementation supports U2F - we were only testing it again the other day, and the press of the button is quite convenient Regards Click Studios
  10. Hi jupman, With the training videos above, you need to specify the correct data to be imported, based on the fields you have selected for the Password List. So we recommend exported the empty CSV template we provide for each Password List, and populatre the fields as appropriate. You also then have the Test Import button to ensure there are no data issues. Regards Click Studios
  11. Hi JSmith, There are no plans to add that functionality at the moment, but you can request them in the Feature Requests section of this forum. Thanks very much. Regards Click Studios
  12. Hi Matt, Sorry you've run into this, and can you please look at the following forum post to fix this - IIS is caching some files, but only occassionaly - https://www.clickstudios.com.au/community/index.php?/topic/6773-server-error-in-application-after-upgrade/Regards Regards Click Studios
  13. Hello G5, Can you please trying using Chrome, to rule out an issue with that older version of Firefox? I'm suspecting there might be some Javascript errors, so can you please check the 'Console' in your browser to see if any are being reported? Lastly, do you use any Reverse Proxies like nginx? Regards Click Studios
  14. Hi DerBagger, Access Denied in our script could possibly be caused by the account being locked out, which I assume isn't the case as you can run the script manually on the remote host. Or possibly if you have UAC (User Account Control (UAC) turned on, on your Passwordstate web server. Could you try turning it off, and then run the script again? Does this help at all? To turn it off, please search for UAC under the start menu, and turn the slider down to "Never Notify" If it does we may need to put a better explanation of this in the error output, instead of just "Ac
  15. Hi JSmith, Thanks for the forum post and this does look to be a bug. I can replicate both issues. I've logged a bug fix for this and we'll report back here as soon as we release a new build with this fix. It will be in the next release which might be 1 - 2 weeks away at this stage. If you'd like us to email you as well as report back here, please let us know and we'd be happy to do that. Thanks for brining this to our attention. Regards, Support
  16. Hi David, Passwordstate already supports SQL DB in the cloud - we have many customers using this in Azure and AWS. Regards Click Studios
  17. Hi Guys, We've figured out a way of getting this working, and it will be available in the version 9 release. Regards Click Studios
  18. Hi jzimmer, I've done a code review, and we do not appear to have any checks on the cert name as mentioned - basically our code is identical for LDAP and LDAPS, but with LDAPS we use a different port number. And we use the domain details you specific on the screen Administration -> Active Directory Domains. If you by pass your Load Balancer for this, are you able to get it working in that instance? Regards Click Studios
  19. Hi MB, If you edit an existing Host folder, you will see different wording of "When new Host records are added to Passwordstate which match the criteria below, also add them into this Folder.". So this feature already exists for you, and sorry of the wording on the 'Add Folder' screenis a little misleading. Regards Click Studios
  20. Are you still using version 7, since you posted in the part of the forums? If so, we'd suggest upgrading to version 8 and try again - version 7 will be out of support soon as well, as soon as we've released version 9. Regards Click Studios
  21. Hi Buckit, Could you have a look at the options on the screen Administration -> System Settings -> Hosts tab. Hopefully the "Host Connectivity Timeout Settings" will help with this. Regards Click Studios
  22. Hi Guys, Just letting you know that we provided Royal Apps information about our API(s) back in February 2020, as they were looking to do the integration you've mentioned. Although, we don't see anything on their web site yet about the integration, so we would suggest contacting them regarding this. As this is not an integration we can specifically do, we are moving this request to 'Closed'. Regards Click Studios
  23. Hi Tobias, In version 9 we are adding an option to disable inheritance from upper-level folders, and this s should give you what you require. Regards Click Studios
  24. Okay thanks Ralph - the next release should be available in about a week or two. Regards Click Studios
  25. Hi Dickiedik, Also, could you please test something for us to see if we can get an error message for this? Steps to manually test this are below: 1. Go to Administration -> Powershell Scripts -> Scripts - Password Reset and find the Fortigate reset script. Use the Actions Menu for this script and select "Test Script Manually" 2. Now comment out line 129 and add $results.tostring to line 130 (screenshot below) 3. if you now use the field on that screen to enter the hostname, port, account etc, try running the script and it should give you some verbose o
